CMake <2.8 deprecated fix #33

Any version below CMake 3.0 is going to be made deprecated soon. I've mitigated this by upping the minimum version to 3.0.

Also, as soon as my PR is merged, I have another technique which is easily usable for package management! I will be making a seperate PR for that sometime in the future.
