Add a contact form. Simple Contact Form (https://github.com/omeka/plugin-SimpleContactForm) would be easy to add, but does not seem to have translations. There are a few forks, and at first glance Daniel-KM's (https://github.com/Daniel-KM/Omeka-plugin-SimpleContact) seems most promising, as it has added some translations, but no Chinese yet. There's not a whole lot of translation text, at least for user-facing text, so it would be fairly easy to add it for Chinese. If we want to translate all text then we might want to fork it and make all text static (defined in the code and run through the translation function) and remove admin-configurable text.
