需要鼠标焦点移动到图标才会展开，能否让其默认展开

暂时没有打算更新的计划，官方已经放弃这种离线的 gitbook 了。在一些样式上考虑，该更新需要做的工作会很多，比如在小屏幕上挡住了文章内容？
