From @yinan-wan I am a bit worried about skipping the identification of ICs and directly go for ablation. Minoru: do you think there is any way we can target one or a few ICs by dye injection, ideally before our imaging? Might be asking for too much…

After talking to Minoru we realized that dye injection may not be realistic, may try 1) PAGFP or 2) imaging fish with sparse labeling achieved by tet-on system (brainbow-like strategy)
