@zrcjessica: merge this pull request if you run into a libcrypt.so error with demuxlet but only after considering whether to merge PR #7

demuxlet needs its own conda environment because its dependencies conflict with basically all of our other dependencies

As of a8d1d25, this PR also includes some new dependencies for our new scripts.
