THUMBNAILS - Whited out video thumbnails on M2TS files #116

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. M2TS files on harddrive (e.g. converted by tsmuxer)
2. On PS3, M2TS video thumbnail appears whited-out

I am creating all my video thumbnails by using the frame on the 100-th 
second.

I can confirm this behaviour on M2TS files (see ID 101)
