PMS does not start

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install PMS 
2. Enable Browse .RAR/.ZIP/.CBR Files
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PMS should start up but does not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PMS 1.0.2 
Vista x64 Ultimate  6gb ram

If you are transcoding a media file, which engine are you using (mencoder,
avisynth/mencoder, tsmuxer?)

If the media file is in error (or does not play flawlessly), what are the
codec informations of this file (you can use following program:
mediainfo.sourceforge.net) ? 

Please provide any additional information below and PLEASE JOIN debug.log

Same on Win Vista 32bit.
When enable_archive_browsing = true, pms.exe starts javaw.exe but application 
will 
not pop up. Don't know if it is visible on PS3 because I am not at home now so 
can't 
test it.

Same for me, changing enable_archive_browsing = false start fine.
