Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the program
2. Configure it to run as a windows server
3. Uninstall it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like for the service to be removed as well

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Software:1.02
OS: Windows Vista 32bit

Oops. Typo in text, should be "2. Configure it to run as a windows service"

Same problem here. You can manually remove the service by excuting the
following in
a elevated command prompt:
sc delete "PS3 Media Server"

After typing in 'sc delete "PS3 Media Server"', this is what I got:

[SC] OpenService FAILED 1060:
The specified service does not exist as an installed service.

The service is still not removed... I am, however, using windows 7 32bit
instead of vista.
