Active sensors and ore detectors will trigger a permanent non concealable condition that cannot be reversed by turning them off

innactive sensors/detectors will not trigger this event. this also applies if they are turned off before the player leaves the 100m reveal range

Cannot reproduce, seems to be fixed.
