As a manager, I want to create projects and activities
[x] The projects panel is shown for managers after they logged in
[x] The page contains button 'create project' for new projects.
[x] Each existing project contains button 'create activity'.
[x] Project is created if the manager fills all information and pressed 'create project'
if the manager did not fill something, the system will ask to complete the form.
[x] After creating the project, new project is shown on the panel.
[x] Under the project there is a button 'create activity'.
[x] Manager fills all fields and presses 'create activity'.
[x] After creating the activity, a new activity is shown on the panel under the project. Manager can nominate a developer for this activity.
Projects have a number and a name, e.g. 9511DXP version B.
An activity is denoted by the project number and an activity number, e.g. 9511-12 Design of communication module.
