Guide table doesn't cover the bottom of the TV on Safari on Mac #10

TV gap on Safari

There's a gap between the bottom of the TV screen and the bottom of the guide on Safari on Mac. Not seeing the same thing on Chrome on Windows. Probably a SCSS fix.
