#23 --- Separated guide from TV #25

Implements everything in #23.

@alexdresko can you take another look? I'm not sure I'll be able to do anything with the Guide XML just yet, but I've addressed all the other comments. I've put everything into JavaScript classes now so the global namespace is less polluted.
