Figure out what channel up and down buttons will be used for #5

Either switching videos in the iframe player, or an entirely different channel. I'm leaning towards more channels.

I'd either do iframes or some sort of hidden HTML. This will be a bigger challenge and will require some re-engineering.

Found a bug: the TV screen goes way above the actual TV frame. The CSS styles need to be very specific and also it means that without styling nothing will show up where it needs to be.

The TV should start at the under scan / overscan area of the TV frame.

Implemented in version 2.
