Their email exists in Shopify and they have purchased before, but now reporting that can't log in, and when trying to reset pass get message that they don't have an account.
Are you doubly sure these aren't users from the old custom site? It would make sense if they couldn't log in.
Example: brian.hghs@gmail.com and ectal.g@gmail.com
