Can you ask at SG about this? See screenshot. All conversions from today for example are attributed to Paypal and Vinyl Loop, and none were attributed to Mailchimp / Email which was the UTM tracking I used in the links in the emails today. in GA, go to Conversions > Goals > Overview and filter down to just March 15 for example to see.
