Inconsistent format of titles in the developer guide #10

In the content page of the developer guide, there is inconsistency in the title format. As shown in the picture below, only the first letter of the "UI component" title is capitalized, while in other titles, the first letter of every word is capitalized. Would it better to make the format more consistent?
