Allow to move the symbol free from the base anchor

The difficulty is that the signatures of a line are not independent so they always have the same offset:

So first you have to make them independent.

Comment from BSM: If a symbol is inserted, it is possible to move the symbol by means of the "offset". Here it would be very helpful and would serve the readability if the "offset" is not only possible to the top right, but in all directions (360°).
