Improve error handling in Ember NCP #1355

This adds null return checks in EmberNcp class. This can happen on error - eg if the frame handler gets closed. Probably this will just propagate the error to the next level in many cases but at least we can look to resolve any further issues. Signed-off-by: Chris Jackson chris@cd-jackson.com
