Fix internationalization for hu

Also put up some little icons to switch between languages

I was thinking about to write a post to Starcraft2.Hu that we'd like to recruite a i18n team who could discuss and organize the internationalization issues around this project.

They could simply checkout and modify the i18n message files. Translating from English to Hungarian would be such a hard thing to do.

Worst case scenario I'm gonna do it in an hour quickly. But this is really important before the open beta.

I have done most of the translations, or did I miss something? :)

I decided to use simple text links for switching languages (instead of flags, as they don't really express language, only countries). The code for using flags is also there, we can switch between them via configuration if needed. All i18n strings are translated that I know of (and are relevant), so closing this one.
