Profile pictures not working #8

The issue here was that uploads/userimg folder didn't exist. It had to be created with the correct privileges. While at it, I changed all avatars to be PNG images instead of JPG

This is something that should be added to a deployment script, so whenever you deploy the application (let's say to a live server or to a test server) this folder would be automatically generated and permissions would be added. This is just an idea for later maybe.
