[WIP] Simple www smoke tests

Doesn't currently work, because:

  ● Test suite failed to run

    ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/home/abesto/py.wtf/www/node_modules/ramda/src/mergeDeepRight'

      at Runtime.readFile (node_modules/jest-runtime/build/index.js:2574:21)
      at Object.<anonymous> (node_modules/@welcome-ui/core/dist/core.cjs.js:5:13)

Something's up with the way Ramda is packaged, which we only pull in through @welcome-ui. This is the same package that makes use use NodeJS 16 (instead of 18). Possibly relevant: https://github.com/ramda/ramda/issues/2406
