Fix for Fedora: deal with dependencies on fc34 #19

This has become necessary as with fc34 xorg-x11-utils is no longer available (in addition to xorg-x11-server-utils which had already been addressed in my previous PR).

This change should cover backwards compatibility. It works with fc33 and fc34.

Please note that I have uploaded the rpms I built for convenience: https://github.com/mbert/cderpm/releases/tag/tags%2F2.3.2
