"We'll put some guidelines up on the site soon, but the short story is:

don't use the word "SoundCloud" in the app name
don't use the SoundCloud logo in the app logo
make it clear that the app is "connected to SoundCloud", "powered by SoundCloud", etc. in the app description
do not tweak our logo if you use it in the app or description"

Issue resolved after extensive discussions, hopefully for good. Changed add-on summary and description to indicate that this is a third-party add-on, not affiliated with SoundCloud Ltd.
