FR: Double tap on the screen (!!not apple pencil, which is not currently possible!!) to toggle between eraser and the active tool while working with ipad #1760

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Recently I have been thinking about how to make toggling the eraser on Ipad more convenient, given that the double tap with Apple pencil doesn't work in excalidraw #729 .

Describe the solution you'd like I wonder whether it's possible to use double tap on the screen(or a two-finger double tap) to toggle between eraser and the active tool.

Describe alternatives you've considered I have learnt that "E" toggles between the eraser and the active tool. So a feature that allows to assign finger gestures with hotkeys will do the work.

This is a good idea. Would be best to implement it in the Excalidraw package instead of the Obsidian plugin. Can I ask that you raise a feature request here: https://github.com/excalidraw/excalidraw/issues
