FR: Customizable pen mode cursors

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The pen mode cursor disappears when I put my pen on my tablet, and reappears when I pick my pen up. This causes a distracting flickering on the screen as I write, which makes me want to use a different piece of software.

Describe the solution you'd like Other software like Microsoft Whiteboard or Powerpoint use a small dot as the pen-mode cursor, and this cursor is the size of the text that will be written. I propose that in addition to the "Show crosshair in pen mode" option (see below), there should at least 2 additional options:

1. An option to change the cursor to a dot that is the size of the text that will be written in pen mode. See Microsoft Whiteboard and Powerpoint for examples.
2. An option to prevent the cursor from disappearing when writing in pen mode so the cursor is always visible.

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently, the only customization available in Obsidian Excalidraw is to remove the cursor entirely, which is not great since this removes any visual reference on the screen, and makes accurate writing difficult.
