FR: Fix an element to the screen

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It turns out that I teach online and I usually need to fix a note on the screen, so that when I move the canvas, the note stays in the same position with respect to the screen and does not move. This would help a lot so that you don't have to copy and paste this note multiple times or have to move it.

Fixing an element with respect to the screen would be an ideal solution.

Real-life usage scenarios

1. To have the class notes (taken in an Obsidian note and imported into Excalidraw) fixed to the screen while using the canvas in its entirety to solve exercises or explain fundamental concepts.

I circle in green the note that I imported and that I would like to be fixed to the screen and not to the canvas. Having other elements fixed, in addition to the notes, would be great too.

Hola @Atreyu-94, ¿Conoces el plugin Hover editor? Es posible hacer esto, al menos para este caso de un solo elemento. Aunque, si se trata de más, es posible que resulte incómodo, pero puede ayudar. Te muestro un video sencillo.

Si bien para este caso utilicé los plugins instalados sin configuración adicional porque este es un vault de prueba, el guardado y sincronización puede ser más rápido con el guardado automático, y las opciones que aparecen debajo de la ventana flotante de hover editor pueden mostrarse siempre en la configuración.
