Automatically join elements

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I use mindmapping software, creating a new node from an existing node automatically joins them. In excalidraw it would be great to mimic this behaviour, so I didn't have to go back and manually join nodes.

Describe the solution you'd like As a user I can select an existing node and then click "create and join". This creates a new node, joined to the selected one.

• how to handle different shape types?:
  • first iteration, maybe this only works with text
  • future iteration could allow the selection of the "create and join" shape type

Describe alternatives you've considered I've considered using the other mind mapping plugins for Obsidian but am keen to really use just a few tools and I want to make Excalidraw in Obsidian my go to

This can be done with Excalidraw scripts. Try the following scripts and then let me know what changes would make them better for your use case:
