Drop files onto drawings on mobile #582

I have a galaxy tablet that supports a keyboard and mouse. If I drag and drop a file from the file explorer onto a document then it adds a link to the document as expected. When I drop onto a drawing however nothing happens. This works in the windows desktop version but not in the android version. Is there any way to get this to work in the android version as it's one of the key ways I build mind maps in Excalidraw.

This should be possible. To be able to test this I'll need to set up some test environment. In split screen mode on my Note 8 I wasn't able to get drag & drop to work at all, let alone drag and drop into excalidraw. I haven't yet configured a keyboard and mouse with my Note 8 though... Are you doing this using Samsung DEX? I tried drag and drop only on iOS, but also had no luck... I was less surprised, since iOS is more restricted anyways...

I can only get drag and the drop to work with the attached keyboard using the track pad or a Bluetooth mouse. A finger or stylus doesn't work. I've tried in DEX mouse and standard mouse and no joy in either. Dropping into a md file created a link but dropping into Excalidraw does nothing. Maybe it's just a limitation of the Android version of Obsidian.
