Evaluate the rent book feature.

My idea in mind: have users agree on the rental agreement before they can be able to rent out/in. This rental agreement will basically include the duties/responsibilities of three parties in the rental process, will specify what actions to be taken if there is damage/loss of the book, and cover pricing scheme.

For pricing and time of length, renters will have several choices for lengths. These lengths can vary from 10 days at min to an entire semester at max. Rental prices will be based on retail price of the book.

When implementing, if the user has agreed to the rental agreement, he/she will first set retail price, and then go on to the next page to take a look at the rental prices, before confirming the listing.
