Footer discord notify_version #19

Hello @gtim,

notify_version seems not be set anymore, it should be set to 1.2.0, what do you think about setting it again to 1.2.1 and make a new release ?

Forget about this, but i need to remember to make an update on the dokuwiki page https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:discordnotifier after each release to trigger update alerts on extension manager in dokuwiki
