Remove ocaml-migrate-parsetree #350

I couldn't actually get esy to run after removing these dependencies so the lockfiles might need to be updated

This should allow rescript-relay to work with melange.

Thank you @anmonteiro ! Yeah the PPX setup isn't in great shape. I'll get back to you soon.
