[Suggestion/How To] Add Player Profile Pics in Chat #158

Hello,

I know you don't like "do this for me" posts so I won't ask anything like that. I was wondering what I would need to edit and know to add profile pictures to the chat. I saw csgojack.de have it and I got curious.

If @mx0c is the dev for csgojack.de if he wants to help.
