I have some trouble with the pot not showing up.
I have done everything in the tutorial. I've connected the database, inserted a message in the "chat" table, everything. The log in is working, and there's no loading on the site, so I believe, I've connected the DB well. Only the pot doesn't show up. I don't store my passwords in a "passwords.txt", but in the source code. Also I am running it on Xampp, thus I'm not adding a password, because there is no password by default, so I just leave it empty, when I set it up on a host, however, a password will be put. I'd really appreciate some help! :)
