We have considered NextJS before starting on this project, but decided to keep it fully on the frontend to allow for easy hosting on static site hosting services like Github Pages. While NextJS offers some great benefits, it requires the use of a backend like Vercel, which would have added complexity to our project.
Regarding your suggestions for expanding the user base, we agree that forking and modifying the ShareGPT Chrome Extension could be a great idea. We particularly like your suggestion of adding a Prompt Library, which could allow users to save frequently used prompts and make the workflow more efficient.
