basic config for mina deploy #74

I got a droplet going on digital ocean and this branch is to set up the deploy for that server.
The main tools we will introduce for Digital Ocean are Mina and Nginx. I will take the WIP off once the deploy is all working.

I simplified the deploy script a bit. At this point it just clones our repository onto the server and then we will have to go on and restart the server and such manually.
