Its stopped working for me #24

Sorry not the best on computers but loving this piece of software but it has stopped working. I have no idea why? it goes through to the grey screen looking for tweets then just freezes and stops?

Any help please?

This problem has been around for some time, and many people reported this multiple times. Is it possible that you have a look at it and fix the problem? That would really be great ..
