Doesn't Compile For Windows #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloading subversion code
2. Trying to compile code
3. Fails with DED_CC code/sys/sys_win32.c

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 64 Bit
&
Linux Cross compiling for 32 and 64 bit (same failure)

Please provide any additional information below.

I've fixed cross compiling using MinGW on Linux, if Spearmint doesn't doesn't 
compile on Windows feel free to reopen this issue. Thanks.
