Crashes on MacOSX #35

I compiled the code with no errors, but when i started the engine it gave me a 
user interface error.

MacOSX 10.6.8

UI version 0.4 is the legacy baseq3 "vm/ui.qvm" from one of the patch pk3 
files, which is not supported by Spearmint.

Try adding "+set sv_pure 0" to the command line to enable loading qvms not in 
pk3 files. Currently I do this all the time, I haven't decided how to handle 
this properly yet.

sv_pure 1 works for baseq3 now.

Spearmint no longer tries to load legacy QVMs. If legacy QVM is found in pk3s, 
Spearmint will try native/QVM on disk.
