Video problems on Ubuntu Linux #40

Well first of all rend2 does not work what-so-ever. This might have been a
previous issue but I'm not sure so i figured I’d put it. Also I get crashes
and freezes when i try changing the video resolution with opengl11 in
fullscreen, there is also spaces between the local clients screens. If you need
anymore info let me know.

On Ubuntu 11.10, Rend2 works for me and I do not have crashes or freezing
changing resolution in opengl1. Can you test ioquake3 to see if the issues are
specific to Spearmint?

Is the space between viewports cause by cg_viewsize? Can you try cg_viewsize
100?

cg_viewsize is already 100, and rend2 still acts crazy with ioquake3 so it
might just be my computer, I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 on a Mac Mini. When i try
changing the resolution it reverts back to the default.

Open an issue on github if it's a Spearmint specific issue.
