Allow loading shaders from "shaders" directory #181

SoF2, JK2, and JA have shaders in "shaders" directory instead of "scripts".

Could support changing directory using a r_shaderDirectory cvar set using gameconfig.txt. Though the new q3map2 for Spearmint will also need this info, so maybe cvarDefault r_shaderDirectory shaders isn't the prettiest way to get the info? Maybe a specific shadersDirectory keyword?
