To my knowledge, Huawei Ascend series are NPU processors, which has a structure totally different from GPUs. This means our team members need specialized knowledge about its optimization. Meanwhile, its main APIs provided are limited to call operators defined in its CANN packages, which means its development model is not that open. This is a small project and the develop team has very limited time and resources. we do not have enough support from Huawei and the author cannot obtain an Ascend NPU for debugging (#117). So this issue will be held for a future development, and you are welcomed to contribute code.
