Add docker build #11

Hey David,

This idea has been following me since the first day I say your repository, because I wanted to try dotprint, but was unable to build it on my mac natively.

I based the build on alpine linux, seems to work great, also chuck in some fonts, so Courier New is available out of the box.

Updated readme to reflect the changes.

Suggestions/comments are welcome.

Thanks for the PR. I agree this improves usability of this software.

It seems I won't have any time to spend on anything in the next 10 years... but at least I can merge this. :-)
