Converting Option type (single select, multiselect, yes/no) question to input text type question fails #20

In the admin dashboard Questions tab, when converting an existing question of either single select, multiselect or yes/no type to input text type, an error from the server is thrown. This error is related to the validations set up for the options property of the Question data model created.
