I work at a company that has to approve all unknown software licenses. Your license is sort of like ISC and MIT but not quite which requires human legal intervention. I suspect we aren't the only group that needs this level of review.
Please consider conforming to a standard license (MIT, ISC, BSD 3, Apache 2, ...) which would save a lot of time while still (I think) providing license protections. Thanks.
