Transformer models #120

Transformer models added, config files for SNEMI with Transformers added, setup.py changed to include monai.

Currently, the new config files repeat many things already specified in the base config file: https://github.com/zudi-lin/pytorch_connectomics/blob/master/configs/SNEMI/SNEMI-Base.yaml. Please simplify the config files to contain items different from the base.
