给notepad2增加json格式化和压缩的功能

I think JSON library is not required:

beautify/pretty: only needs to handle {}[],:, quotes and comments, the code can be extended to handle JS/CSS or other braced based languages (I think this is how other code formater works).
compress: simply remove comments and whitespaces outside string.
