文件是 imagine 看图软件的韩语翻译，打开显示不正确，编码那里我把韩语选了一遍都不行。请问下该怎么改。发现系统自带记事本打开显示也不正确，notepad3 打开倒是能正常显示。文件下载地址：https://mefcl.lanzn.com/iDPaq1qrui2f

File -> Reload -> With Encoding ... ->

动画1 我这里这样操作并不会正常显示。不知道是不是和系统有关系，我的是Windows10 中文专业版

This is re-encode currently file (wrongly teated as GBK) as UHC.

No, the menu "File -> Encoding" works that way (convert encoding for current file).

encoding detection is another issue (issue #334).
