俄语的内容，编码识别错误 #815

文本内容 После закрытия сборки в реестре останется раздел Spoon (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Spoon), удаляется запуском DeleteSpoon.bat.

notepad++能正确识别编码，notepad2识别成了ANSI

notepad2新建一个空白文本，设置编码为Windows-1251，粘贴内容进去，显示正常，不乱码
