SH↓s has unique limitations in CF #190

Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x / Taranis) are you using?
Taranis
What is your openTx FW version?
2834
What is your openTx EEPROM version?
Unsure. Latest?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Custom Functions - if 2 or more CFs are triggered by the same switch (SC↓
or SE↑), both actions (Play Track ...) will happen. However, if 2 CFs are
configured to SH↓s, only the lower numbered CF happens.
2. Also, if CF12 is configured with SH↓s and CF11 is configured with SH↓l,
CF12 will never happen.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The behavior of multiple CFs configured with SH↓s is very different than with
any other 'switch'.

Please provide any additional information below.

This may be a separate item? I would like to be able to use SH↓s as input to
a Custom Switch. My intent is to use the intermittent SH to request information
(Alt, status of FMs, whatever) and make the request dependent on other
switches.

Sorry - duplicate of issue 191. I'm new to this system, and clumsy.
