External Module Alert at switch on #212

Suggested enhancement re ensuring an external module is installed at switch on 
would be a useful reminder if a user has a number of modules for different 
receivers e.g. FASST or Spektrum etc. 
An alternative would be to allow a voice message to be read out when selecting 
a model that requires an external module

You can do that yorself by putting a ONE - Play Track custom function on those 
models with a nice voice file you did for the purpose :)
Some are already using that solution.
